I tried to sell my house in 2018, after a couple months I took it off the market. In 2019 I received a couple letters from Jim. When I contacted him he came out to see what our best option was. We decided we were going to put it on the market. He told us what he could sell it for and I was surprised because it didn’t sell previously. The house was sold two days after being on the market and I received over asking price! Jim made our process much less stressful than I thought and he was there to answer every question no matter what it was! Definitely recommend him to sell your home
